The year is 2050. What are you having for dinner?

I will become so indecisive about choosing dinner that I will depend on a sim implant inside my mouth to decide what my next meal will be. The sim will be connected to a smartphone app that lists various restaurants and recreates the ‘taste’ of each option available on your tongue. It will register how much you salivate at each option and offer a recommendation.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

If I could change one thing, it would be the way we approach narratives and self expression. I feel that very little we experience is typically linear, apart from the cycle of birth and death our physical bodies go through. Our stories are intertwined in a non-linear flow of time, where the beginning, middle and end are merely details to the bigger picture. I’ve attempted to show what I mean in a multidiscplinary composition of myself experiencing the kebab I ate while making the said composition at the same time.

(PS: It was supposed to be an endless GIF but the file was too damn big.)

Do something that you’ve never done before.

Never have I ever painted a self-portrait blindfolded before. So here is a timelapse of me trying it out.
